Job Description

Cornerstone at Hampton is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) in Hampton, NH, to assist in managing and developing care programs for senior residents. The role involves training CNAs and liaising with families and healthcare providers. Shifts available are 7AM-3PM and 11PM-7AM on alternate weekends.

Pay starts at $38/hour with shift differentials and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. Candidates must have a valid NH nursing license and 1+ years of experience with elderly or Alzheimer’s populations.
