Job Description

We are seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) for our assisted living and memory support community in Hampton, NH. The role involves assisting the Resident Care Director in managing a comprehensive care program, training CNAs, and liaising with families and healthcare providers.

Available Shifts:

  • 7AM-3PM: every other weekend
  • 11PM-7AM: every other weekend

    • Pay & Benefits:
