The RN Unit Care Coordinator supervises and manages patient care, ensuring compliance with laws and standards.
Requirements:
Nursing diploma (associate or bachelors degree)
Active RN license in good standing
One year of geriatric nursing experience preferred
CPR certification required
Responsibilities:
Direct daily functions of nursing staff
Chart accurately and timely
Coordinate patient care plans
Administer medications as ordered
Respond to emergencies
Exhibit excellent customer service
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
