Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500
Shift: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7a-3p or 4 10-hour shifts, On-Call Rotation

Overview: The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) leads subacute and long-term care units, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations. The Unit Manager serves as the primary contact for residents, families, and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nursing care and unit operations.
  • Maintain resident health and satisfaction.
  • Develop and adjust patient care plans.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide hands-on care and medication administration.

    • Qualifications:

  • Current NY State RN license.
  • Experience in long-term care preferred.
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift 20 pounds.
