Responsibilities:

• Investigate and document changes in patient conditions.
• Communicate effectively with staff and families regarding medical issues.
• Notify physicians of significant changes in conditions.

Requirements:

• Current NYS Registered Nurse license.
• Experience with the autistic population preferred, training available.
