Job Description

Title: Primary Care Physician
Location: Bronx, NY
Salary: $240,000 – $263,000

Role: Provide equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in a supportive team environment, focusing on quality over volume. New graduates welcome; highly qualified candidates may be considered for Center Medical Director.

Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose patients
  • Oversee primary care
  • Prescribe treatments
  • Maintain electronic records
  • Collaborate to meet health goals
  • Manage care team

    • Qualifications:

  • M.D. or D.O. Graduate
  • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
  • Active State License and DEA
  • Geriatrics experience preferred
