A rapidly growing FDA 503B outsourcing facility seeks a Pharmacist to oversee daily compounding activities in a cleanroom environment, supervising compounding technicians and collaborating with the quality unit.

  • Responsibilities include supervising compounding and labeling, maintaining accurate logs, performing operational checks, and managing deviation investigations.
  • Requires a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and an active pharmacist license in AR or CT, with 2+ years of sterile compounding and technician management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in sterile conditions are essential.
