Occupational Therapists at NAPA Center provide skilled intervention to infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents with a focus on improving fine and gross motor skills, play skills, social skills, and self-care skills. Requirements include an Occupational Therapy degree, 2 years of post-graduate experience, background clearance, CPR/First Aid certificates, and physical fitness. Responsibilities involve assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation of motor deficits and impairments in the pediatric population, as well as creating tailored treatment plans, patient/caregiver training, and maintaining documentation. The role also includes working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, participating in professional development, and adhering to company values of love, share, grow, and hope.
