Job Description

Supervise clinical and clerical staff, monitor customer satisfaction, improve clinic flow, meet fiscal responsibilities, communicate with staff/physicians, improve clinic performance, conduct educational activities, ensure regulatory compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, 5 years related experience, Alabama RN license, CPR certification, self-directed, good communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, maintain patient confidentiality, adaptability, customer-focused.
