We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing assessment, planning, and care in a skilled nursing facility. Ideal candidates will prioritize patient comfort and health, treating patients’ needs as if they were their own family. Responsibilities include:

  • Direct patient care
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and revising care
  • Updating patient records
  • Implementing medication and treatment orders
