Job Description

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsibilities include assisting with care for acutely and chronically ill residents, performing routine tasks, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies. LPNs must communicate effectively, possess basic computer skills, and adapt to varying work conditions. Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting. Education requirements include graduation from an approved nursing program and active licensure in Georgia. LPNs are expected to uphold professional standards, maintain patient confidentiality, and participate in ongoing education.
