Director of Utilization responsible for managing the Utilization Review process to ensure appropriate medical care and treatment. This role involves assessing care needs, collaborating with clinical teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent, with at least 3 years of clinical experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings, and familiarity with insurance case management. Required licenses include RN, MSW, LCSW, MFT, LVN, or LPT. The position offers a salary of $63,000 – $80,000, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
