Clinical Therapist

Job Description

Job Summary: The Clinical Therapist will assess the needs of clients (children, adults, and families) and develop individualized treatment plans under the direction of the C.H.O.I.C.E.S. Director. Responsibilities include implementing interventions, conducting counseling sessions, participating in multi-disciplinary case staffing, and collaborating with community agencies and the Wayne County Juvenile Justice system. Services are primarily provided in-home or via telehealth.

Job Type: Full-time, Pay: From $55,000/year. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and more.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.

Education: Master’s degree required. Experience: 1 year in therapy/counseling required. Licenses: Driver’s License and relevant certifications required. Willingness to travel: 25%. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Detroit, MI 48202.
