Job Description

Seeking an Associate Vice President, Nursing to oversee nursing and medical assistant practices, ensuring regulatory compliance and evidence-based care. The AVP will support Nurse Managers, maintain high standards for RN and MA practice, and collaborate with site operations and medical directors to enhance patient care quality. Responsibilities include:

  • Structured rounding for staff engagement and improvement opportunities
  • Overseeing nursing services and developing clinical protocols
  • Standardizing RN and MA workflows
  • Monitoring performance metrics and identifying improvements
  • Leading professional development and orientation programs
  • Participating in clinical program development and committees
  • Supporting infection prevention and quality management initiatives

    • Requirements: 5+ years of management experience, strong leadership skills, RN licensure in Massachusetts, and a BSN or MS in nursing preferred.
