We are seeking a Director of Rehab – Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a skilled nursing facility (SNF). This role involves overseeing care delivery, leading operational initiatives, and collaborating with care partners. Responsibilities include providing occupational therapy services, contributing to program development, and enhancing patient well-being.
