Looking for a per diem Charge Nurse. LPN responsible for staff assignment and resident care supervision. Must have LPN licensure, leadership skills, and English proficiency. Duties include record keeping, medication administration, resident admissions, and professional services. Supervise personnel, implement changes, investigate complaints, and provide nursing reports.
