The position involves providing care and services for children and families with multifaceted needs, including stabilization in living environments, coordination of placements, and support during discharge from higher levels of care. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing therapeutic interventions, managing clinical treatment, collaborating with care teams, attending meetings, maintaining records, and more. Qualifications include being at least 21 years old, obtaining a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, possessing a Master’s degree in a related field, and having relevant work experience.
