Job Description
Seeking a full-time Therapist for our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services Team with flexible hours, including evenings.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders using evidence-based approaches.
Develop, implement, and review treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
Conduct intake assessments and court-ordered evaluations as needed.
Document all clinical work promptly within 72 hours.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, staff, and community partners.
Participate in supervision, training, and staff development activities.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in related fields, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and licensure (MLADC, LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT).
Strong collaboration, communication, and clinical judgment skills are essential.
Competitive salary range of $54,438-$84,584, with comprehensive benefits.
