Job Description

The Premier System Float RN – Advanced Care/Critical Care position requires an RN with 1-3 years of job-related experience, specifically in a Critical Care setting. The role involves rotating to acuity specific units to address staffing shortages, providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families. Minimum education requirement is an Associate degree in Nursing, with a preference for a BSN. Must hold a valid Ohio RN License and current CPR certification.
