Job Description

Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.

  • Provides direct speech therapy care per physician referral, adhering to laws and standards.
  • Requires a Master’s degree in speech therapy, ASHA certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year, and active state licensure.
  • One year of post-acute care experience preferred.
  • Must maintain CPR certification.
  • Responsibilities include patient goal setting, charting, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all interactions.
  • Essential functions include patient care, effective communication, and maintaining a positive attitude.
