SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (NE) – HOSPICE

Job Description

We are seeking a speech-language pathologist responsible for implementing care standards and adhering to service agreements. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting evaluations and assessing home environments.
• Identifying speech defects and developing care plans.
• Administering therapy programs and recommending communication aids.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintaining clinical records and competency.
• Instructing patients and families on treatment.
• Participating in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications include a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, clinical certification, and at least one year of experience. Strong communication skills and a valid driver’s license are required.
