Job Description
We are seeking a speech-language pathologist responsible for implementing care standards and adhering to service agreements. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessing home environments.
- Identifying speech defects and developing care plans.
- Administering therapy programs and recommending communication aids.
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintaining clinical records and competency.
- Instructing patients and families on treatment.
- Participating in quality improvement activities.
Qualifications include a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, clinical certification, and at least one year of experience. Strong communication skills and a valid driver’s license are required.
