Registered Nurse Supervisor position at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Full-time evenings with Pediatrics team. Responsibilities include supervising daily nursing unit activities, coordinating care, conducting rounding, staffing, scheduling, mentoring new grad RNs, providing education, and participating in on-call status. Develop and implement staffing plan, serve as a resource for staff problem-solving, provide feedback, ensure safe work environment, and manage patient care delivery. Requires RN license in Oklahoma, ADN or higher degree, BSN preferred, and experience in specialty area.
