Job Description

Summary: Provide patient care and support to providers, demonstrating proficiency in the nursing process. Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and documenting patient care.
  • Maintaining clinical competency and core skills.
  • Assisting doctors with patient treatment and procedures.
  • Gathering patient vitals and managing communication effectively.
  • Ensuring exam rooms are organized and stocked.
  • Adhering to medication management protocols.
  • Acting as a patient advocate and respecting cultural beliefs.

    • Requirements: Current BLS and ACLS certification, New Mexico RN licensure, nursing degree, and experience in a physician office preferred. Chemo certification required within one year.
