Job Description
	The Nurse independently practices in a similar clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies. 
Works in a 28-bay Post-Anesthesia Care Unit supporting recovery from various surgeries, primarily orthopedic procedures like MAKOplasty.
Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, addressing patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
Administers medications, monitors effects, documents care, and educates patients and families.
Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience, RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Completes onboarding, competency validations, and maintains certifications within specified grace periods.
Works varied full-time shifts, supporting a multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient safety and exceptional care.
