Seeking a proficient and independent RN to provide patient care by applying the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities include consulting with staff and physicians, promoting positive public relations, problem-solving patient issues, and maintaining clinical competency. The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to hospital policies. Candidates should have a BSN (preferred), 1 year of relevant experience, and necessary certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS). Part-time position with a variable schedule. Strong written and verbal skills and basic computer knowledge are essential.
