Job Description

The Nurse independently practices in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and delegating effectively.

  • Demonstrates competence in self-leadership, team leadership, or leadership of multiple teams.
  • Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patients.
  • Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications and treatments per protocols.
  • Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care.
  • Assesses learning needs, educating patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of related experience (preferred), RN license, and BLS certification.
  • New hires must attend orientation, complete competency validations, and obtain required certifications within specified timeframes.
  • ACLS certification is mandatory.
  • Work schedule is from 7 AM to 7 PM, full-time.
