Job Description
The Nurse independently practices in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and delegating effectively.
Demonstrates competence in self-leadership, team leadership, or leadership of multiple teams.
Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patients.
Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications and treatments per protocols.
Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care.
Assesses learning needs, educating patients, families, and caregivers.
Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of related experience (preferred), RN license, and BLS certification.
New hires must attend orientation, complete competency validations, and obtain required certifications within specified timeframes.
ACLS certification is mandatory.
Work schedule is from 7 AM to 7 PM, full-time.
