Job Description
The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.
Meets competencies related to self-leadership, team leadership, and organizational leadership.
Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patients.
Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, monitoring effects, and documenting care.
Provides education to patients and families, assessing learning needs and resource availability.
Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience, valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
New hires must complete onboarding, orientation, and competency validation within specified timeframes.
Work schedule varies; full-time position.
