Job Description

We are seeking a competent Nurse to provide both routine and complex care in a clinical setting. The role involves independent practice, critical thinking, and effective delegation to manage patient care. Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addressing complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administering medications and monitoring treatment effectiveness.
• Documenting patient care and educating patients and families.
• Ensuring patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 1 year of experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license. Full-time position with a 3-day, 12-hour work schedule.
