Job Description
Providing exceptional homecare to children with lifelong health conditions, this role involves delivering patient-centered nursing care within the scope of licensure, maintaining accurate documentation, and evaluating care effectiveness.
Responsibilities include consulting with physicians, mentoring new staff, educating caregivers, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications require an unencumbered LPN/LVN license, at least 1 year of experience, a valid driver’s license (where applicable), CPR certification, and background screening.
Preferred qualifications vary by state, including specific screenings and licensing requirements.
Work is performed mainly in patients’ homes, with training in office settings. Must lift up to 35 lbs and have strong communication skills.
