Job Description
	This night shift RN provides specialized obstetrical care, supervising nursing staff and coordinating care plans. 
Responsibilities include managing OB patients and newborns, supervising LPNs, and collaborating with physicians.
Ensures current care plans, educates patients on self and newborn care, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
Performs clinical duties such as starting IVs, administering medications, and conducting rounds with physicians.
Qualifications include an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing, current RN license, BLS, neonatal resuscitation, ACLS, and OB-specific certifications.
Requires at least two years of nursing experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of obstetrical and neonatal care.
Ongoing education in lactation and fetal monitoring is preferred to enhance expertise.
