Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing care for assigned patients, adhering to all standards of the Physical Therapy Practice Act. Responsibilities include gathering data, independently assessing patients, setting goals, reassessing progress, and identifying appropriate equipment. Requirements include a Doctorate degree, LPT License in the state of employment, and BLS certification. Work type is Per Diem As Needed.
