Job Title: RN Med Surg
Location: Fort Wayne, IN 46845
Shift Timing: Evening 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Hours per week: 36 Hours Per Week
Duration: 13 Weeks of Contract
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and provide nursing interventions.
Educate patients and families on medical conditions and self-care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document care accurately.
Adhere to safety and quality improvement protocols.
Requirements:
BLS Certificate and RN IN State License.
1 year of Med Surg experience required.
Ability to commute and relocate to Fort Wayne, IN 46845.
Pay: $48.00 – $52.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
