Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN, under supervision, delivers effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and analyzing patient data.
  • Developing and evaluating individualized care plans.
  • Implementing nursing functions and coordinating care.
  • Delegating tasks to LPNs and CNAs while supervising their performance.
  • Communicating patient information and collaborating with healthcare teams.
  • Participating in discharge planning and maintaining confidentiality.

    • EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be a graduate of an approved nursing school, licensed by the State Board of Nursing, and preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
