Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process across various settings, collaborates with healthcare teams, advocates for patient safety, and engages in performance improvement activities, aligning care with organizational values.
Qualifications: Must be a licensed Ohio RN, preferably with a BSN (completed within 5 years if new graduate), and have BLS certification. Additional certifications like ACLS, NRP, PALS may be required based on unit scope. Returning nurses after five years may need a refresher course.
