Job Description
• Provide population-specific patient care, assessing and interpreting patient needs.
Report directly to Charge Nurse/Manager/Director, ensuring accurate documentation in EMR.
Monitor patient conditions, assist with procedures, and perform skills like IV starts and wound care.
Administer medications, observe side effects, and maintain HIPAA compliance.
Support and supervise LPNs and CNAs, and document care thoroughly.
Demonstrate teamwork, effective communication, and a positive attitude.
Exhibit good judgment, accountability, and a commitment to quality improvement.
Maintain necessary certifications (BLS, CPR, ACLS within a year).
Work involves direct patient contact, possible exposure to health hazards, and irregular hours, with a focus on safety and professionalism.
