Job Description

The Resource Pool offers diverse nursing opportunities across units like Med-Surg, PCU, ICU, and specialty tracks such as Peds, NICU, PICU, M/B, ED Observation, Inpatient Rehab, and Psych.

  • As an RN, you will provide quality, compassionate care, respecting patient dignity and collaborating with the healthcare team.
  • Responsibilities include age-specific assessments, developing and updating care plans, administering treatments, and documenting using electronic medical records.
  • Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, CPR, and additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP if needed.
  • Computer skills and successful completion of orientation and competency assessments are essential.
