The Resource Pool offers diverse nursing opportunities across units like Med-Surg, PCU, ICU, and specialty tracks such as Peds, NICU, PICU, M/B, ED Observation, Inpatient Rehab, and Psych.
As an RN, you will provide quality, compassionate care, respecting patient dignity and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities include age-specific assessments, developing and updating care plans, administering treatments, and documenting using electronic medical records.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, CPR, and additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP if needed.
Computer skills and successful completion of orientation and competency assessments are essential.
