Job Description
Seeking a Registered Nurse for 5 North Adult Respiratory/Med Surg unit, a 32-bed area with cardiac monitoring and specialized care such as tracheostomy, chest tubes, and high oxygen needs.
Utilizes a team nursing approach with RNs, LPNs, and PCTs to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Provides leadership, delegates tasks, and fosters a safe, patient-centered environment while participating in quality and safety initiatives.
Responsibilities include assessing patient responses, developing care plans, supervising staff, and promoting professional growth.
Qualifications include PA RN licensure, CPR, background clearances, and preferred specialty certifications. Complies with safety, privacy, and ethical standards.
