Job Description

Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in the Surgery department.

  • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care aligned with professional standards and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and revise individualized care plans, including discharge planning.
  • Provide direct patient care, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure continuity of care through effective communication.
  • Evaluate patient responses, adjust care plans as needed, and document all activities accurately and timely.
  • Participate in quality improvement, education, and research activities to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Must have a valid RN license, BLS certification, and be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. Physical agility and effective communication are essential.
