Job Description
Position Summary: The RN Supervisor coordinates patient care and services, promoting quality through collaboration with patients and families while adhering to laws and standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution
Active RN license in good standing
Two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics
CPR certification required upon hire

Ability to make independent decisions
Knowledge of post-acute care regulations
Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality
