Job Description
The Clinical Nurse I is a leadership role within the Care Delivery Team, responsible for directing patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of physical, psychological, and sociocultural needs.
Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Ohio RN licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and ongoing continuing education.
Works under the supervision of the Nurse Manager or Administrative Supervisor, supervising LPNs and Patient Care Assistants.
Performs duties during 72-hour pay periods, primarily 7p-730a shifts, including every 3rd weekend, alternate holidays, and on-call hours.
