Job Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm.

• Office-based nursing care in collaboration with providers.
• Assessing patient needs and formulating care plans.
• Independent nursing actions and triaging calls.
• Surgical scheduling and prior authorizations.
• Hospital rounding and patient education.
