Job Description
We are seeking positive, reliable Full-time and Part-time Registered Nurses to join our skilled nursing facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Provide direct and indirect patient care through assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
Supervise nursing assistants’ daily activities.
Administer medications as ordered and communicate clinical changes to the team and families.
Complete documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Must be a graduate or future graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold a current RN license, and have at least 1 year of long-term care experience preferred.
