Job Description

Join a leading end-of-life care provider as a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) with a salary of $40-$42/hour.

  • Provide compassionate, hospice care to patients in their homes or facilities, building meaningful connections and ensuring comfort.
  • Utilize your RN license and at least two years of experience to make autonomous care decisions, guiding patients and families through the end-of-life journey.
  • Collaborate weekly with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic support.
  • Work most days caring for 4-6 patients, with flexible shifts including day or night, weekdays or weekends.
