We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team, committed to providing exceptional, person-centered care in a supportive environment.
Starting pay is $42-44/hr., with opportunities for tuition reimbursement/loan repayment up to $5,250 annually and employee referral bonuses.
Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating residents and families, responding to emergencies, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements: RN license, at least 1 year of long-term care experience, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, problem-solving mindset.
