Job Description
The Per Diem Registered Nurse in Critical Care Step Down is responsible for applying nursing skills across assessment, diagnosis, planning, evaluation, and documentation, ensuring quality communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
Responsibilities include patient care, education, safety initiatives, and supporting health team activities while maintaining professional standards.
Requires Associates Degree in Nursing, with a BSN preferred, and at least 2 years of RN experience.
Must hold an active RN license, BLS certification, and relevant specialty certifications are preferred.
Competent in caring for diverse patient populations and utilizing the nursing process.
