Job Description
The Registered Nurse II (RN II) in Medical Oncology is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, evaluation, and documentation, emphasizing communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
Maintains standards of nursing practice, directs patient teaching, and participates in safety and quality initiatives.
Requires an Associates Degree in Nursing, with a BSN preferred, and a valid RN license, BLS certification, and relevant experience (minimum hours specified).
Completes annual competencies, contributes to department initiatives, and participates in peer review and educational activities.
