The OR Perioperative Nurse Program (Job ID: 206216) seeks a registered nurse responsible for applying the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, evaluation, and documentation—while promoting quality communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
RN II nurses care for assigned patient populations, complete annual competencies, participate in department initiatives, and maintain a current portfolio.
Responsibilities include patient teaching, safety initiatives, peer reviews, and educational outreach.
Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), RN licensure in Virginia, BLS certification, with specialty certifications preferred.
Minimum of 1872 hours of RN experience required (936 with BSN).
