Summary: Program Therapist position in Ada, OK providing therapeutic services to families, couples, and individuals. Full-time role with responsibilities including maintaining confidentiality, providing various therapies, collaborating with professionals, leading education classes, and ensuring customer service excellence.

Competencies: Able to follow instructions, work independently, communicate effectively, and demonstrate honesty and reliability.

Skills: Basic computer skills required.

Experience: 2 years directly related experience preferred.

Education: Master’s Degree in a related field required, with a preference for a Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy.

Credentials: Must pass a background check and hold a standard driver’s license. Licensing as a LMFT, LPC, LADC/MH, or LCSW in Oklahoma required, or eligibility for licensure within two years of hire.

Working Conditions: In a mental health treatment facility, may need to communicate with hostile individuals, pass a drug test, and perform physical tasks. Shift may include sitting, standing, and walking up to 50%, and occasional weekend or after-hours work may be required.
