Job Description
The Emergency Room Nurse II (RN II) provides comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, evaluation, and documentation, while ensuring effective communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
Responsibilities include patient teaching, safety initiatives, and supporting other healthcare team members, with leadership roles such as Charge Nurse and participation in quality improvement activities.
Requires Associates Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN), Virginia RN license, BLS certification, and minimum of 1872 hours (or 936 with BSN) of RN experience.
Preferred qualifications include a BSN and relevant specialty certifications.
