We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our team, where you’ll lead a dedicated group in providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient health, creating personalized treatment plans, and communicating with families for peace of mind. Daily tasks involve administering medications, developing long-term care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver high-quality patient care and document observations accurately.
• Communicate with physicians and manage medication safety.
• Assist in emergency situations and maintain punctuality.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN Licensure and valid CPR Certification.
• Six months of experience in long-term care preferred.
